最新消息！因妯娌之間的嫌隙，鄒姓女子涉嫌在奶粉中摻鹽殺害女嬰緗緗，經台北地檢署偵結依殺人罪起訴後，在今（27）日下午3點將全案移交台北地方法院審理。晚間召開接押庭，裁定鄒女還押看守所，收押禁見。

北檢追查之後認為，鄒女是「故意」在奶粉攙鹽害死緗緗，且還曾以罹患胃癌、喝酒自殺、精神異常等理由，盼法官輕判，有涉嫌滅證、脫罪、誤導辦案，企圖卸責，儘管鄒女律師多次希望以刑責較輕的傷害致死來論罪，但檢方認為鄒女的惡行重大，26日上午10點半左右，依殺人罪將鄒女起訴。

今天下午3點將全案移交台北地方法院審理，晚間召開接押庭時，鄒女與檢方應訊，火藥味濃厚，被檢方斥責毫無悔意，法院裁定鄒女還押看守所，收押禁見。
