全國第一救護神手　新北市救回246人

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】新北市消防局從去年迄今OHCA(無生命徵象患者）康復出院數已達246名，是為全國第1。而去年全新北市救護案件為161782 件，約佔全國救護量百分之16，平均每3.3分鐘就有1件緊急救護案件需求，緊急救護服務需求儼然已成為民眾最需要的公共服務之一。

因此為了持續提升OHCA患者存活率，新北市消防局整合到醫院前及到醫院後的臨床路徑，利用資訊雲端設備將急救現場病患的影音及生理資訊同步至醫師及醫院，希望 能縮短病患到院後收治及開始治療的時間，增加時間急症的存活率，因此特與大台北地區12家重要收治傷病患之責任醫院進行合作交流及醫療資訊聯繫整合，希望創造新北市4高（高預後、高滿意度、高專業及醫院高參與）的緊急醫療遠景，以提供新北市民更優質更安全的緊急救護服務。
