小弟想說第一次回廠保養，
全部東西都用原廠的，
但~~說真的，
所有的零件也沒有折扣就算了，
服務品質也不甚滿意！

小弟還特別問接待說:
如果我自備機油，
其他零件不折扣我沒話說，
但全部料件皆原廠，
怎麼一點折扣也沒有？

接待：
目前只有老客戶，
及滿五萬公里以上的客戶才有折扣，
還說，
這個問題每天都有人在問，
你不是第一個，
也不會是最後一個~~

我回：
既然我不是第一個，
也不是最後一個，
為什麼你們不改善？
難道都不能向上面反應嗎？

接待：
因為現在賣車沒什麼利潤，
保養廠也沒什麼賺錢，
所以~~目前都是這樣子！

小弟只有一個小小心得，
如果接待所說屬實，
那麼就是拿新客戶的錢，
去補老客戶的利潤，
但我想這些都只是推托之詞，

而且我有個問題想請教車友，
為什麼一樣是機油蓋墊片(零件編號30677740)
我換的料件卻比別的車友貴上一倍？
