軟銀重塑全美電信版圖，擬併購T-Mobile拚全球第2大

軟體銀行今年中旬才剛買下美國第3大電信商Sprint，成功跨足美國市場。不過，軟體銀行總裁孫正義的野心並未就此止步，計畫籌資明年再吃下T-Mobile，藉以超越Verizon、AT&T成為全球第2大電信商。

T-Mobile目前為德意志電信子公司，路透社引述知情人士消息指出，軟體銀行醞釀透過Sprint間接自德意志電信買下多數股權，且希望明年上半年就能開花結果。

軟體銀行併購Sprint時花了216億美元，報導指出，T-Mobile身價與Sprint差不多，大約在200億美元之譜。另外，謠傳衛星電視業者Dish Network Corp對T-Mobile也有興趣，因此軟體銀行或許必須從口袋掏出更多錢，世界第2的夢想才能如願。

據彭博社報導，為籌募併購所需資金，軟體銀行上週末至少已與瑞士信貸、瑞穗、高盛、德意志等銀行有過接觸。
