是標準的ITBS(骼脛束摩擦綜合症)症狀

主要是因為身體強度還不足(講白點就是練不夠),跑步中骼脛束摩擦數千甚至數萬次後發炎引起的

估狗可以找到一堆資料

建議是完全休息約一個月或視癒合狀況增加休息時間

等到完全好了以後再開始訓練

幾乎是每個長跑跑者初學時都會遇到的症狀

將來身體強度提高後,就幾乎不會再發生了
