請問版上神人

我日前因出差至海外一個月
回來後發現我的PS3的電源是on的狀態
此時我就覺得不妙，因為我出差一個月的中間主機被人打開過了
而且我想最少開機開了最少3周以上沒有關機
(我猜是是親戚的小朋友，在我出差約一周後有到我我家來，然後東摸西摸把我機器給開機了)

結果，我日前想玩戰神3的時候，玩到一半突然在遊戲過程中出現資料毀損的問題
PS3出現提示要我用內建的修復去完成問題的解決，第一次修復完還算OK一且順利
但是我隔了幾天後再玩，他又出現現錯誤要我修復
但這次之後的修復就不是很順利，常常修復到99%後他說修復過程中出現問題要重來一次
一直搞了很久，終於弄好了，但是我發現在遊戲過程中變得會lag
畫面切換的loading時間明顯的變很長了

最後我把硬碟也都格式化了，並且再把PS3的版本更新到最新
(更新過程中，也是很不順，更新了很多次才完成)
但是仍然是感覺遊戲的跑得很不順，會鈍鈍鈍的感覺

我想是HD有壞軌了，有無大大有好的建議去修復硬碟
PS3買了2年，兩年應該玩了不到20次吧，很少玩的況下硬碟就壞軌感覺挺機車的

如果要換硬碟有無好建議的???
