試槍走火辯遭槍擊 竹北警偵破

（中央社記者林瑞益新竹22日電）鄭姓幫派分子涉嫌試槍走火，誤傷及廖姓友人，但廖男卻辯稱遭不明人士槍擊。新竹縣警方戳破謊言，全案訊後移送法辦。

新竹縣政府警察局竹北分局今天表示，有醫院昨天獲通報疑似有遭槍傷的男子就醫，員警到場了解狀況，調查事發經過。

警方表示，廖男原本聲稱是在路邊遭人槍擊，但經調閱事發地點新竹縣湖口鄉八德路一家飲食店旁空地的周邊監視器及查訪多名證人，逐一戳破廖嫌的證詞。廖男這才供出鄭姓友人前天晚間試槍，不小心打中他的右腹。

警方表示，鄭男有幫派背景，並有槍砲前科，報請新竹地檢署檢察官指揮偵辦，昨天到新豐鄉帶回鄭男，起出改造手槍1把與子彈5顆。鄭男原本避重就輕，經警方拿出多項事證，鄭男才坦承試槍誤擊友人。警方訊後，全案依槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例及過失傷害罪嫌移送新竹地檢署偵辦。1021222
