范批：「小鴨是全人類的　不是你一個人的！」

【黃彥傑／台北報導】黃色小鴨創作者霍夫曼，日前針對主辦單位將黃色小鴨太過商業化，因而不滿，今天策展公司負責人范可欽出面招開記者會說明。

范可欽表示，經半年多來查證，黃色小鴨屬於全人類財產，不屬於霍夫曼一個人，也不屬於任何一家公司，范批評，霍夫曼在台灣根本沒有申請任何著作權，反而收取高額權利金，怒斥「這不是商業化，那什麼才是商業化！」至於安排住情趣旅館，范說當初熱誠招待，事先他也都知情，現在回頭再打一巴掌，實在是有欠厚道！
