火力發電廠空氣汙染　黃色小鴨髒兮兮

【陳偉周／基隆報導】由於今天上午天候不佳，且基隆僅13度又飄雨，賞鴨人潮稀疏；黃色小鴨展出才第2天，整身就變得髒兮兮，側面、胸口明顯看出有黑色的線條，還有小朋友好奇問：「鴨鴨怎麼不洗澡？」對此主辦單位表示，疑附近火力發電廠導致空氣汙染，已請清潔公司評估如何清理，替小鴨洗澎澎。
