投資大戶賣房 改買上億保單

專攻高端客戶的大型壽險業者說，房市投資客開始撤資，除因為擔心ＱＥ政策逐步退場、引發升息疑慮，也有人是以「當房市投資客多到跟菜籃族充斥在股市中一樣時」，就知道該收手了。還有人認為，明年將舉行六都大選，只要選舉一到，政治人物為增加中產階級選票，會提更多打房口號，也不看好房市明年表現。

在美國聯準會宣布縮減購債規模後，美元轉強，新台幣則弱勢盤整格，昨天兌美元貶值三點五分，以廿九點九八兌一美元做收；新台幣已連續九個交易日走貶，短線恐有續貶壓力，下周不排除測試卅元關卡。

據壽險業者了解，這些大戶撤出房市的資金，部分先自大台北周邊撤出，包括林口、新莊，原本在宜蘭囤地者也開始脫手。
