【李光濱／花蓮報導】針對《壹周刊》踢爆永豐餘中華紙漿廠偷排鹼水，汙染花蓮溪「比日月光還可惡」的報導，中華紙漿廠發言人林谷豐今到花蓮地檢署，控告釋楊悟空加重毀謗及《壹周刊》妨害名譽等告訴。林谷豐表示，林務局的水質檢測調查是在廠區外的排水溝，依據《水污染防治法》該在放流口取水採樣，怎能在廠區外取水採樣，且這條排水溝匯入的水還包括光華村其他工業及家庭廢水，釋楊悟空的指控與《壹周刊》的報導，對長期在花蓮經營的老企業傷害很大，才決定提告。
