毒賣藝人 台菜餐廳老闆押返

〔自由時報記者黃敦硯／台北報導〕在台北中影文化城附近經營「黑狗兄俱樂部」的台菜餐廳負責人陳秋火，7年前涉嫌販毒被檢警盯上，進而扯出多名藝人向他購毒吸食，他另因債務糾紛，縱火焚燒石門水庫附近一家咖啡廳，遭檢方依涉毒品、公共危險罪發布通緝，刑事局昨將他自中國押返。

警方調查，48歲陳秋火被控95年間從中國以郵寄包裹方式夾藏大麻來台，被檢方監控發現，有多名藝人曾從夜店打電話給陳秋火，表示「開飯囉」或「喝咖啡」，懷疑有藝人以此做為買毒代號，但被指買毒的藝人均否認。

隔年7月，陳秋火又與咖啡廳業者有債務糾紛，憤而前往對方在石門水庫附近經營的咖啡廳，潑灑汽油縱火，損毀面積超過百坪，被害業者初估損失超過300萬元，之後陳嫌逃往中國；陳嫌月前在上海落網。

刑事局昨也押返另兩名通緝犯，36歲男子王保智，因違反兒少性交易、稅捐稽徵法與詐欺罪而被通緝；48歲詐欺通緝犯陳秉良，94年間遭士林地檢署通緝。
