日月光將停工　議員要求薪水照付

【涂建豐／高雄報導】日月光K7因偷排廢水將遭停工，高雄市議員蕭永達、鄭新助、李喬如今日召開記者會，蕭永達表示，張虔生承諾每年捐一億元，共捐30年做環保，根本沒有誠意，因為日月光是股票上市公司，且張以高齡七十歲，如何承諾30年的事。為挽回形象，蕭建議，張應承諾整治後勁溪，賠償農漁民損失、為日月光員工加薪、立即停工，薪水照發，但由張個人財富承擔。
 
另外，針對行政院南部聯合服務中心主任江玲君昨日發言，議員鄭新助批評江完全是在袒護日月光，不叫日月光停工，難道要叫市民繼續吃遭汙染農漁產品而生病嗎？他不排除發動民眾前往抗議。

議員李喬如表示，如果日月光停工，公司一定要照常發薪水，老闆做錯事，不應由員工承擔責任。勞工局副局長李煥薰表示，停工若歸責於資方，勞工薪資當然要照發，勞工局會與加工處、日月光工會保持聯繫，有需要即加以協助。
