高雄農16機能佳　傳周杰倫也來看屋

【陳建宇／高雄報導】高雄鼓山農16特區因重劃完整，加上捷運行經，已成為目前高雄房價最高的區段，旅美強投陳偉殷日前也在農16購屋，此外，當地房仲指出，歌手周杰倫及其女友昆凌近期密集在此看屋，鎖定最頂級的豪宅產品，讓農16成為高雄名人聚集之處。

信義房屋農十六店專案經理周清源表示，農16特區街廓整齊，規劃完整，且近捷運、未來亦有輕軌行經，已成高雄豪宅聚落，在群聚效應下，名人進住並不意外，目前新成屋每坪至少30萬元起，公園首排更上看每坪50萬元。
