逾10年中古屋買氣最旺　佔交易近6成

【張菱育／台北報導】進入年底房市旺季，平價物件受自住買方青睞，據實價資訊分析全台今年1~10月各都會區屋齡5年內、5~10年、10年以上物件，有巢氏房屋副總經理劉炳耀表示，各都會區10年以上中古屋交易量佔59.3%最高，預算有限的自住族較容易下手，但要多留意中古屋屋況、或家庭成員需求、選擇有電梯的產品。

而各都會區平均總價部分，5年內新成屋總價幾乎都突破千萬元，僅台南市總價約913萬元，台北市則高達近3000萬元。屋齡10年以上部分，台北市成交總價在1851萬元，新北市則為842萬元。
