衛生局抽驗20件冬至湯圓　 2成不合格

【曾雪蒨/台中報導】冬至快到了，台中市衛生局特別在冬至前夕到轄區各超市、傳統市場及知名芋圓店等，抽查市售湯圓、芋圓、地瓜元等食品，抽驗20件產品竟發現有4件不合格，包括豐原區仙草店販售的小湯圓驗出不得添加的防腐劑去水醋酸0.257g/kg，以及大雅區攤商販售的芋圓、地瓜圓，以及西屯區攤商販售的混合湯圓，先後被檢出過量的防腐劑苯甲酸1.989g/kg、2.637g/kg、3.807 g/kg（依法規定應該在1.0 g/kg以下），3家商家4件商品都立即下架銷毀。
 
台中市衛生局局長黃美娜表示，3家廠商將依違反食品衛生管理法第18條規定，處新臺幣3萬元以上300萬元以下罰鍰，並須立即下架銷毀該產品，他並提醒民眾選購湯圓應注意店家周邊環境衛生、到超商、大賣場挑選包裝湯圓，一定要看清楚包裝標示是否完整標出商品原料、廠商名稱、有效日期、或是有否註明防腐劑名稱劑量，避免吃到問題湯圓掃興。
