夥人虐死高中生　陳巧明收押禁見　眼睛哭紅哭腫上囚車

「日月明功」靈修虐殺案，創教教主陳巧明因涉嫌「下令虐殺」，今(13)日近午時分被裁定羈押禁見獲准，隨後與許愛珍、劉享易、林甫朋等人遭收押登上囚車，有別於其他三人以衣服矇住頭部，陳巧明大方露臉，但面對媒體包圍追問低頭不語，有眼尖的媒體發現，陳巧明的雙眼紅腫，有明顯哭泣的跡象。

彰化地檢署檢方在昨天兵分4路同步搜索9個處所，將創教主陳巧明及其麾下「四大護法」劉秀鳳、許愛珍、蔡淑芳、賴悅秋，與許愛珍丈夫劉享易、日月明功成員林甫朋等相關涉案凶嫌拘提後，移送刑事局中部打擊犯罪中心偵訊。

全案經彰化地檢署檢方複訊後，認為創教主陳巧明、四大護法之一的許愛珍及其丈夫劉享易，與另名日月明功成員林甫朋等四名被告，犯罪嫌疑重大並有串證逃亡之虞，在今天清晨向彰化地方法院聲請羈押禁見；而彰化地方法院羈押庭經審理後，在今天中午之前全數裁定羈押禁見獲准。 而在羈押庭完畢，確認四名被告通通收押禁見後，隨即在剛剛搭上囚車，除陳巧明大方露臉外，另外三名被告顯然心虛，以衣服包覆頭部。據指出，儘管陳巧明再三否認參與虐殺高中生致死，但所有被告證詞，均指向獲得陳巧明授意。
