酪農下午告商周 求償1千萬登報道歉

酪農協會、乳業協會下午3：00將到台北地方法院，按鈴申告商業周刊第1358期「牛奶駭人」報導，重創酪農商譽與營業損失，至今未對產業表達歉意，將求償1000萬並登報道歉。

商業周刊日前報導「牛奶駭人」，引發軒然大波，乳業協會、酪農協會今天下午到台北地方法院，對商周提告，認為報導錯誤、重創酪農商譽，向商周求償1000萬元並要求登報道歉。

乳業協會秘書長方清泉說，酪農從報導刊出後忍耐至今，期間商周雖有跟酪農協會接觸，卻沒有善意的回應，還在網站上表明是「追求事實」。研究者銘傳大學副教授陳良宇上談話性節目時，則說自己做的是先期性研究，「把責任推得一乾二淨」，卻造成乳品業莫大損失。
