（一）申請機車駕駛執照考驗，筆試及格，路考不及格者， 得於下次申請考驗時，免考筆試，其免考期限為1年。
（二）申請機車駕駛執照筆試、路考，經考驗不及格者，申請再考驗者，距上次考驗之時間不得少於7日，例如上週一筆試或路考不及格，最快可於本週一報名考照。

這個意思就是說路考沒有過，建議先加強直線七秒穩定度，因為在哪裡考都是一樣的，沒有選地方就比較容易過的方式。

先考汽車駕照再來考機車筆試就免了，到哪裡都可以直接路考
