附近環境還不錯

只是老人多了點

請問 國光 國興 青年 中正 有什麼差異嗎

網路有人說 國字頭不要買 為什麼呢

以上都3x坪管理費才三百

真是有夠便宜 我知道國興樓下就是市場

可能有收租金補吧 其他怎會這麼便宜呢

管理費低應該不會有什麼大問題 小弟認為只要電梯安全有保養

其他應該不會有什麼差別

請問這幾間目前行情多少呢

有沒有什麼恐怖事件呢 因為地點環境還不錯 不過成交價並不會太高 才這樣問問

房子蓋得好不好 外牆會不會漏水呢

對這幾間國宅一直很好奇

這裏對於三人小家庭 小孩子成長適合嗎
