台灣高等法院今天表示，前總統陳水扁就保外就醫案件提出聲明異議案件，下午以人工抽籤方式分案完畢。

陳水扁入獄服刑逾6年，他在6月10日委託律師首度申請保外就醫，但法務部認為他的病況不符保外醫治規定，因此駁回；扁另向台北地院提出聲明異議，北院認定非管轄案件而駁回，扁因此向北院提起抗告，並向台灣高等法院提出聲明異議。(中央社)
