【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】美國埃塞克斯大學(University of Essex)社會學家近日研究發現，只要是正妹帥哥，要找好工作和升遷都比較容易。

研究者們選定威斯康辛州一個小鎮的8千名年逾35歲人士，分析了他們在高中時的照片，鎖定當中的正妹帥哥，再分析他們的工作履歷。研究結果發現，「美麗指數」高的學生，會找到較好的工作，獲得的成就也比指數較低的學生為佳。

研究人員稱在社會學中，一向認為經濟、文化和社會資源，是構成社會不平等的因素。但這次研究證明，漂亮臉孔也佔有重要地位。分析指出，擁有一張具吸引力的臉孔，會助你找到更多「麻吉」，在工作上自然更有利，容易在職場上勝出。
