（軍聞社記者董權輝臺北一日電）陸軍司令李翔宙上將今天視導裝甲542旅，肯定單位在戰備訓練及革新事務的用心，並強調，各項訓練、膳食規劃應以官兵需求為出發點，使其感受幹部「真誠領導、有感服務」。

　李司令指示隊職幹部應發揮創意，研擬「科學與人性化」的管理模式，提供便捷、效率的「有感」作為，帶動官兵工作熱忱與參與感，使其願意為團隊付出心力，進而投入訓練、樂於訓練、肯定訓練，以提升陸軍整體戰力。

　李司令更期盼各級單位持續朝「業務精簡、流程簡化」的目標努力，使基層部隊能更專注於戰訓本務。
