港媒：習近平拍板衝出第一島鏈　展現強勢作為

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】最新一期《亞洲週刊》報導，近來中國頒布東海防空識別區，據接近北京中央軍委的消息人士透漏，此舉是「（中國海軍）走向深藍海洋的海空戰略重大突破」、關係到「中國海軍穿越第一島鏈進入深海的重要航道。」中國除藉此表明中日對抗的決心，更是由中央軍委主席習近平在十八大之後親自拍板的決定。

《亞洲週刊》稱，四個月前習近平拍板將中日之爭「由資源之爭演變為戰略之爭」，決定在東海上空劃設防空識別區，並在十八大三中全會後對外發布實施。《波士頓環球報》則引述美國海軍軍事學院中國海事研究所所長彼得杜騰（Peter Dutton）看法，稱「日本必須繼續增強其主權的相關主張，否則在中國的強大壓力之下恐怕就會落敗。」
