全國首宗　醉男將雪山隧道當溜冰場

【潘岳、簡威弘／宜蘭報導】連接台北宜蘭的國道5號雪山隧道北上方向，昨晚9時許，突有一男子在溜冰，該男子從宜蘭上雪隧不久後就往台北方向溜，溜了13分鐘約溜了近1.7公里才被國道警察攔下，這是台灣高速公路開通以來，第一次有人以溜冰鞋為交通工具「溜」上高速公路。

將雪隧當溜冰場的44歲楊姓男子，經警方帶回酒測發現他酒測值達0.72。國九隊頭城分隊長張國恩指出，楊男在雪遂溜冰離譜行為，已違反《道路交通管理處罰條例》可罰3000至6000元罰款。
