陸海軍崛起 日十年首增軍費

（路透東京27日電）中國大陸海軍實力持續壯大，對日本軍方構成巨大挑戰；東京今年停止十年來持續調降軍費趨勢，將軍費提高0.8%到4.9兆日圓。

根據日本高階軍方官員，預料日本明年的國防預算將大幅提高約3%。日本軍方分析家認為，日本海上自衛隊在技術與火力方面仍明顯優於中國大陸海軍，不過雙方差距正逐漸縮小。 日本退役海軍將領香田洋二表示：「日本海上自衛隊是僅次美國海軍的世界第二大、也是第二強的海軍。」「中國海軍非常畏懼日本海上自衛隊的實力。」中央社（翻譯）
