馬總統摧毀核電廠說 朱立倫緩頰

總統馬英九26日公開表示，若核電廠發生危機到接近失控的情況下，可以摧毀整個核電廠，此話引發社會關注，轄內有3座核電廠的新北市長朱立倫今天為馬總統緩頰表示，總統指的是萬一核電廠遭遇緊急安全的必要時刻，可以用灌水方式，讓核電廠不能再運作功能來降低災害風險，絕對不是所謂的炸掉核電廠。
