【陳怡妏／綜合外電報導】雖然在野黨和輿論反對，日本自民黨政府昨在眾院仍強行表決通過《特定秘密保護法案》。新法規定，規定，凡洩露國家機密的公務員，和以「不當手段」取得特定機密者，都將面臨最高10年徒刑。

日本首相安倍晉三昨在眾院為法案護航，辯稱新法將戕害新聞自由及民眾知的權利是「誤會」，但東京昨天仍有多起民眾示威抗議，要求停止立法，反對黨更強力杯葛，迫使國會表決延遲數小時。
