標題[問題]因失誤讓公司被罰款...該怎麼辦?

因為我的失誤 可能導致公司被罰款 現在自動補報的話罰$750 ，被查獲$1,500 因為今天休假，預計明天跟主管報告是否要自動補報? 想請問大家的公司 像這種因個人失誤導致罰款的情形 會自行吸收嗎? 自行吸收或公司繳錢其實我都OK，只是覺得很不安...對自己的失誤很過意不去... 有沒有人可以教我要怎麼跟主管講的? 唉~ 我們公司以前都有這個情形，只是我們都沒有申報 之前交接給我的人也不知道這項需要申報，所以每個年度就一直這樣錯誤下去... 我負責是101年度的申報 雖然我同事說這不全是我的問題..因為之前交接的人也沒交接正確 所以之前年度也都有錯...但是就101年度來講確實是在我手中出錯的... 慶幸的是罰款我還負擔的起...只是很難去開口... ※ 編輯: seattlee 來自: 175.180.167.245 (11/25 17:05)
