高雄世貿館租金太高，恐將成為大型蚊子館?

前幾天才剛去巨蛋看旅遊展.上周是到鹽埕區看孕婦嬰兒用品的展覽.
其實,高雄的這些展都一樣,若無一元卷,實在很不值得買票參觀.
因商機不足導致招商不足.參展內容不足.然後就飲食攤或賣怪東西的或辦信用卡的....濫竽充數.

光說每年底由資策會主辦的,免費入場的資訊展.
每次參展攤數,就是台北場最多,然後往南遞減,到高雄就是最小場的.
若說企業攤位只看市場規模,那也罷了,但是連政府攤位也是重北輕南,真是OOXX!

凱旋世貿唯一優勢只剩價格嗎?其實不只,他也只是場地老舊設備差而已.
但是,價格也許是最重要考量了.
不過我記得每租一格的價錢,他跟巨蛋並不會差很多,也許是主辦單位吸收吧?

市政府不會讓新政績淪為蚊子館,落競選對手口實的吧?
反正就對舉辦單位,聯合報系,中時報系,展昭,電腦公會........施壓兼給好處,自然就會遷徙.
不過高雄的商機對參展商家來說,恐怕沒辦法讓人願意支出高額租金.
