SSD硬碟開機太快? 網路都要等很久

各位好
發這篇文之前已經先看過這篇了

不過似乎還是沒辦法解決我的問題

目前是使用SSD硬碟的電腦
開機速度令我很滿意
不過剛買來就發現有這個問題
就是我開好機(完成進入WINDOWS)，右下角的網路符號會呈現"轉轉轉"(搜尋)
都要轉好一陣子才可以正常使用網路

這幾天更嚴重了，剛開好機的時候居然會直接給我打紅色XX
再過一下才開始轉轉轉，然後才讓我正常使用....

敘述一下我的上網環境
我是外宿租屋
牆壁的孔接線-線-Edmax無線分享器-線-電腦
開機不用在按連線會自動連上
因為網管有給我固定IP，所以無線AP是設定固定IP
