標題[問題] 新人這樣正常嗎

這是我第一份工作 第一天去報到就開始作業 帶我的人直接跟我講要做什麼步驟 但我對工作內容不是很了解 為什麼要那樣做根本不懂 感覺就是按本操科 原本的部分還沒完全搞懂 後面又突然丟一些我沒碰過的的要我馬上學 本來以為會有職前訓練的... 而且每個工作好像都有些他們自己的稱呼 常常聽不懂他們在講什麼 還需要加班 現在越來越不想待下去 請問新人這樣是正常的嗎? 是不是待久了就會習慣了? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.192.111 ※ 編輯: ice0110 來自: 1.171.192.111 (11/22 00:14)
