被指乳品含藥　乳業協會：不容抹黑

【戴安瑋／台北報導】中華民國乳業協會、中華民國酪農協會、乳品工業同業公會今發表聯合聲明，表示:「基於捍衛乳廠與酪農長久合作為台灣提供優質的乳品形象，我們要求銘傳大學生物科技系副教授陳良宇，應提供完整的檢驗方法及檢測數據，給此次被檢測的四家乳廠，以及廣泛的消費者周知」。
 
聯合聲明並說，歷年來乳廠對於生乳進廠前皆依政府『動物用藥品管理法』及『乳品加工廠收購生乳酪農原料生乳驗收及計價要點』進行完整控管，若於收購生乳時檢驗不合格時，乳廠將該批生乳進行染色退回，以防範不當流用，且被驗出之酪農需全額賠償，只有合格生乳始能進入加工製程，達到確實自主管理以確保品質，此一高嚴苛的自律行為是廠農間的共識，不容草率的檢驗報告予以抹殺與抹黑。
 
《蘋果》記者昨未能取得陳良宇的回應，其所任教的銘傳大學則指陳對媒體的詢問皆不回應。
