標題[問題] 紅色車牌

這幾天在路上看到有些車子(新.舊皆有) 明明已有一般的白色車牌掛著 然後又加掛一張紅色車牌(掛在白色車牌上面或下面) 左邊有英文字(沒注意看寫什麼)+2個英文字+2個數字 在台灣看到 想詢問這張紅色車牌是做什麼用的? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.161.70.13
