標題[請問] 筋痛

早上起床時，用手撐了一下 結果好像角度不對，覺得上臂有撕裂性的痛苦 舒展一下後，似乎沒什麼事就不以為意 到中午趴在桌上睡覺起來 覺得上臂的一條筋好像有點痛 但不明顯，要轉到一個特定角度才會不舒服 可是我伸展一下後，好像又好一點 所以現在算是一點點隱隱作痛 請問筋或肌肉痛，可以拖嗎？ 因為想過了兩三天看會不會比較好 到時若還痛再去看醫生 謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.23.215
