鮮乳含禁藥？學者：檢驗不確實

鮮乳含禁藥引起消費者恐慌，學者質疑媒體報導的檢驗方式太過粗糙，太不嚴謹，讓消費者無所適從、廠商恐蒙受損失，也讓台灣變成國際笑話。

美和科大副校長、農水產品檢驗公司負責人陳景川表示，商業周刊報導銘傳大學生物科技系副教授陳良宇做的市售鮮乳檢測，是用GC/MASS氣象層析質譜儀。但這種方式僅能做篩選，篩選的結果再與資料庫比對，來研判「可能接近什麼東西」，但無法「確定是什麼東西」，加上根本沒有標準品可比對，只定性沒有定量，結果難判定。
