人本調查：5都的9成國中生早自習考試

【劉嘉韻／台北報導】教育部欲以12年國教鬆綁考試升學壓力，並宣布早自習以晨讀取代考試，但人本教育基金會調查發現，5都中有9成以上國中生曾在早自習考試，其中，台北、新北、台中有6成以上國中生，早自習考試的頻率每周超過3天。

人本指出，教育部雖宣稱12年國教可降低學生壓力，但早自習考試狀況依舊普遍，其中每周考3次以上比率分別是台中62.7%，新北62%，台北61.2%，高雄56.9%，台南49%，其中新北市有36.8%、台北市35.5%學生每天早自習都考試。

另教育部也要求學校不能公布考試排名，5都平均有6成國中生反映學校會公布排名，並以台中69.9%最嚴重，其次依序是台北64.7%、新北61.8%、台南60.8%、高雄54.7%，顯示「比較」和「示眾」仍是學校拼升學的惡質手段。
