「幫我按摩小鳥」　男性侵4歲童判刑

【劉昌松／台北報導】新北市林姓男子前年趁擔任褓姆的妻子外出時，對受託照顧的4歲女童說：「阿伯尿不出來，幫我按摩小鳥，阿伯就會尿出來了」，女童不懂事，用手來回摩擦林男生殖器，還差點被逼幫忙口交，高院今維持一審認定，依強制性交未遂罪，判林男徒刑4年10月。本案還可上訴。

本案是因去年女童母親幫女童洗澡時，告誡女童身體不可以讓人亂摸時，女童才講起曾被阿伯摸「咪咪」（母女間對下體的暱稱），母親追問確認阿伯是褓姆丈夫後，報警處理。
