高天忠：兩艘派里級艦 104年接艦返國

美國聯邦眾議院外交委員會今天無異議通過3470號法案，授權美國海軍出售二手4艘派里級巡防艦給台灣，全案將繼續在眾院與參院推動。海軍司令部參謀長高天忠上午在立法院表示，我國第一階段已編列54億元台幣採購其中兩艘，接艦人員將在明年陸續出發，將經過大修等程序採取熱艦移交，預計104年接艦返國，返國後將汰換狀況最差的兩艘老舊濟陽級巡防艦。
