想借這篇發問, 我上一個工作是派遣 跟派駐公司主管不合,所以在主管要求下已不適任解雇... 中間陸續幾次面試,開始幾家老實說資遣(當然沒上) 之後可能以人事異動及其他理由說明(但並未表示自己是否主動離職)等說法回覆面試官 目前已有錄取工作,公司要求提供離職證明 但前派遣公司在離職原因直接寫上"勞基法第11條第五點" 如就這樣交給人資 是否需再行說明呢? 謝謝回覆... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.101.216
