車子改煞變把的疑問

各位好
我是個剛接觸公路車的新手
於是先買個便宜的公路車來練一練
但後來發現變速和煞車是分開的實在是不方便

我想改成煞變把
盡量用最低的成本
我的變速系統是
Shimano tourney 3*7 21速的
現在煞變把幾乎都沒有21的了
我也爬了一下文
是不是可以直接用ST-2200的把手
好像7速8速可以共用?
有沒有什麼方法是不需要花太多經費
我目的只要改把手
