標題[討論] 跟上司的應對方式

現在是在公司人數規模很小的科技業上班 "人治"似乎比"理治"來的大些 剛進到這家公司，還在試用期 觀察發現公司似乎常用 與上司的對談方式來區分為是不是社會新鮮人.. 談話內容假如是上司單方面指導(非互動式工作上的討論)、或是詢問一些八卦 比較有社會歷練的似乎比較冷漠、冷淡些 不像社會新鮮人常會用充滿活力的 "好" "好阿" "是" 等字眼來回覆 是不是不要隨意附和別人，默許會比較好? 不知道經驗豐富的板友們有遇過這種問題嗎和如何去做應對? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.141.82.232
