餐廳名稱：CUPETIT 卡柏蒂杯子費南雪 消費時間：2013/11 地址：台北市大安區復興南路二段336號 電話：02 - 27387750 營業時間：11:00~21:00 每人平均價位：110 有圖好讀網誌圖文版:http://hsuan1203.pixnet.net/blog/post/167608677 一般杯子蛋糕比較不得我的疼的原因是通常蛋糕體都是會用磅蛋糕 不過CUPETIT的比較特別 他們是用費南雪耶 會知道這裡是因為朋友透過他們的網站 用送禮物的方式給了我一個蛋糕 讓我來店裡領取 我覺得這種方式很特別 可以讓收到簡訊通知的人有驚喜 概念店在11/8才剛開幕 現在大部分應該都是收到禮物的人去領蛋糕 不過也有開放現場買 但數量就有限 而且外帶的話要三個裝或六個裝才會有盒子唷 也可以選擇點一個 在店裡坐著跟店員聊天聽聽他們的理念 聊了很久猶豫了很久 最後我選擇了玫果華爾滋 最上面的是鮮奶油幕斯 旁邊還圍了一圈覆盆子果粒 在蛋糕體裡面的是酒漬蔓越莓 中間還有玫瑰荔枝覆盆子果泥 從上往下一口吃下會有很多不同的口感跟香氣溶合在一起 淡淡的清甜香氣讓整個蛋糕吃起來不甜膩 吃完以後還會有意猶未盡的感覺 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.50.238
