安親班逾時費 1小時上限120元

家長經常因為工作忙，延誤接孩子回家，因而出現一些安親班胡亂開價，甚至有1小時收取新台幣300元的亂象。因此，教育部昨天公告，課後照顧服務中心「逾時費」每小時不得超過120元，且須遲到40分鐘才能收取。

教育部昨天公布「兒童課後照顧服務中心定型化契約範本暨其應記載及不得記載事項」，明訂多項保護消費者的規定。

民眾反映安親班的「逾時費」因缺乏相關比價資訊，只能任憑業者胡亂開價。有鑑於此，教育部參考內政部兒少服務人員酬勞費，訂出每小時上限120元，而且遲到40分鐘以上才能收費。

教育部並規定，「逾時費」不滿30分鐘以半小時費用計算，30分鐘以上未滿1小時，則以1小時計。
