國三女網戀木工學徒　翹課逃家偷嘗禁果

一名年僅國三的少女、日前透過網路結識一名18歲的木工學徒，2人進而發展戀情，還發生超友誼關係。家長得知後一度以專注課業為由，勸阻2人交往，但少女不聽反而還翹家跑去對方家同居，少女家長一怒之下，控告該名木工學徒性侵，只是少女苦苦求情，但父母堅持提告。

該名年僅15歲、就讀國三的少女，去年12月透過網路，結識一名從事木工學徒的吳姓男子。2人相約碰面後擦出火花，彼此互生情愫進而交往，但少女因此沉迷戀情而影響課業，成績一落千丈，家長發現有異，詢問少女才得知是交了男友所導致。

家長規勸女兒以課業為重，少女允諾分手，但不到2個月，雙方又再私下交往，突然在上月時女兒翹課逃家，少女父母心急如焚趕緊報警協尋。根據《中國時報》報導，少女父母才得知女兒又和吳男舊情復燃，甚至還同居在吳男家中，追問2人才坦承已發生多次性關係，家長憤而怒告吳男性侵。

少女得知父母報警提告情郎，不想讓他吃上官司，苦苦央求撤回告訴，但父母吃了秤砣鐵了心堅決提告。但事實上就算少女不提告，但因她還未滿16歲，吳男仍舊無法躲避刑責。
