（軍聞社記者李忠軒臺北十七日電）今年首波冷氣團報到！國防部軍醫局提醒官兵注意保暖，維持作息正常及飲食均衡的生活形態，並持續落實自主健康管理，避免呼吸道傳染、心血管疾病及食物中毒等疾病的發生，維護個人身體健康，確保部隊戰力。

　軍醫局表示，國軍官兵身體保健首重保暖，無論在值勤或就寢時刻，均應穿著保暖衣物，尤其是駐守山巔海濱的官兵，更應注重軀幹與手足部位的保暖保健，準備手套、帽子、護耳套等防寒裝備，以抗風寒。

　軍醫局強調，國軍各級醫務所、保健室對內科求診官兵，應先量測體溫，如超過卅八度或有上呼吸道感染症狀，隨即配戴口罩，並儘快就醫診療，而患有高血壓等心血管疾病官兵，應特別注意身體保暖，預防中風發生。

　軍醫局並指出，不規律的生活、暴飲暴食等不良習慣，會降低個人對疾病的抵抗力，各級幹部應要求所屬官兵，維持正常作息、保持適度運動與健康飲食等習慣，可提昇自身免疫系統功能，以對抗病毒。
