各位版上的朋友們好，幾個月前有幸考取自己所住家鄉區域的郵局外勤。 目前在猶豫是否要轉換跑道，我現在在政府機關當臨時人員快一年。 兩者比較一下，請各位前輩們給我點意見... 政府機關臨時人員 郵局外勤 薪資 19K(未扣其他費用) 34K(未扣雜七雜八費用) 福利 年終1.5月(考績甲等or乙等才有) 考績加考核好像有4個月 其他未有 全勤獎金.其他不知 工作內容 協辦主管業務，做些打雜 區信.排信.送信 工作地點 10KM內 應該在住家附近 優點 工作很輕鬆，有時甚至一整天 薪水.福利應該大大贏過臨時人員 主管沒交代事情，閒一天。 回家較能念書考公職。 缺點 薪水少得可憐，甚至每個月都要 非常非常辛苦，回家要看書很 透支到我以前工作所存的錢，也就 困難，想要往上爬更好除非... 是說做到現在沒存到半毛錢，還虧本 經常責任制，還要風吹日曬雨 淋 小弟不管最後選擇哪一份工作我都是要考公職，但是選左邊只會一直吃老本，唯一好處就 是回家有很多精力念書，搞不好上班時間可以好好利用...；選右邊的確能存些錢，不過 要往更好的路發展幾乎不太可能，因為回到家只能呼呼大睡，怎準備公職考試? 時間很急迫，需馬上做出決定。我這一兩個禮拜也為此失眠許久，實在不知怎為自己的 人生做出抉擇?希望各位大大能多給小弟我一些建議與指教，謝謝! 以上 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.168.102.110
