新竹工廠毒氣外洩　中華科大急疏散

新竹縣橫山鄉1間塑膠原料工廠11日下午發生毒氣外洩，鄰近的中華科技大學師生都聞到不明臭味，校方緊急疏散師生，並通報警消處理。

據報導，豐台工業公司廠內存放約一噸原料的槽體在下午3點多突然溫度升高造成破裂，大量有毒氣體二異氰酸甲苯飄散，鄰近的中華科大恰逢期中考日，師生都能聞到一股臭味，校方趕緊疏散800名學生，並宣布夜間部停課。

新竹縣毒災應變隊獲報後趕往現場，拉起封鎖線以避免人、車靠近，應變隊員穿著化學防護衣入廠檢視狀況，初步以乾砂圍堵外洩裂縫。消防局指出，二異氰酸甲苯具有毒性，皮膚接觸會產生刺痛感，吸入人體將危害健康。環保局表示，已派員到場調查，釐清意外發生原因，如果是人為疏失導致，將告發開罰。
