各國競寬鬆 貨幣戰硝煙再起

（中央社台北11日電）隨著各國央行展開新一輪的貨幣寬鬆政策，以力抗成長趨緩，全球貨幣大戰再度升溫。

根據彭博報導，歐洲中央銀行（ECB）上週閃電降息，部分投資人認為此舉部分原因在阻升歐元，因歐元之前一度飆上2011年來最高水準。

與此同時，捷克決策官員透露，他們11年來首度進場干預匯率，目的是貶抑捷克幣。紐西蘭則放話，可能延後升息以平抑紐元匯價。澳洲則警告，澳元匯價處在「令人不安的高位」。

加州梅克投資公司（Merk Investments LLC）操盤中梅克（Axel Merk）8日接受電訪表示：「這些國家競貶本國貨幣，著實令人憂心。歐銀總裁德拉吉（MarioDraghi）自今年初就一直設法放話打壓歐元。」

鑑於國際貨幣基金（IMF）可能下修全球經濟展望，加上通膨降溫至可能損及投資的水準，全球各國與央行爭相改弦更張，藉由貶抑本幣以拉抬競爭力，如此一來，恐將引爆新一輪的貨幣大戰。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）1021111
