信義線通車效應 豪宅交易增

永慶房屋觀察實價登錄資料後發現，由於捷運信義線即將通車，信義路上總價逾8,000萬元的豪宅交易量，已由2012年的2件，大幅攀升至2013年的10件，年增率達400%。

永慶房屋首席房產顧問葉國華11日表示，信義路以交通便捷著稱，捷運信義線預計11月底即將通車，隨著信義線接近完工，街道景觀開始恢復，沿線房市交易也日益熱絡。

葉國華指出，目前信義路沿線從三段至五段皆有豪宅，信義路三段有「勤美璞真」；信義路四段有中古豪宅「僑福花園廣場」及新豪宅「謙華」；信義路五段因隸屬信義計畫區，豪宅密度更高，「寶徠花園」、「台北信義」、「冠德遠見」等，都在區內。

葉國華說，觀察2012年迄今的實價登錄資料可發現，有高達67%的信義路豪宅交易，集中在信義路五段，以象山、台北101世貿站周邊交易最為熱絡。
